Elevated Digital Learning Academy 2021 and Beyond! 
We are excited to announce that Elevated is expanding to 9th grade for the 2021-22 school year! If you are interested in enrolling your student in Elevated for 9th grade, please email elevated@ltusd.org. If you’d like your student to go to STHS please reach out to the high school. If you’re planning on having your student return to one of LTUSD traditional schools for the 2021-22 school year please email us at elevated@ltusd.org and contact your student’s home school to re-enroll. 
Meet-ups and Events
We have a new page for Meet-ups and Events! There’s a button on the home page as well as the link on the top. This is where we will post all upcoming meetups and events! We will update this page regularly. All in-person meetups are optional and an alternate activity will be provided for those who cannot or do not want to attend.  
Earth Day/Earth Week 
Earth Week is here! The middle school students took part in their first day of Earth Week today and overall it was very successful! The middle school students will continue to work in their Earth Week Crews this week. We can’t wait to see our middle school students in person on Thursday and Friday of this week. The K-2 students and 4th/5th students are having Earth Week meetups as well so make sure you check the Meet-Ups page on the Elevated website. 
Elevated Outdoors-7th/8th Graders
We have four days upcoming in which we will be getting our 7th and 8th grade students together for science focused activities. These dates are optional and we’ll be asking families later this week to confirm attendance for the upcoming dates. If you’re interested in volunteering please email elevated@ltusd.org and we’ll follow up with you.. The dates are as follows: April 28th, April 29th, May 3rd and May 4th.

  • 6th-8th Grade Earth Week In-Person Days: Thursday and Friday April 22nd and 23rd at STMS on the tennis courts. 
  • K-2 Earth Day Clean Up- April 22nd- Spooner Summit

Estamos emocionados de anunciar que Elevated se está expandiendo a 9th grados para el año escolar 2021-22! Si usted está interesado en inscribir a su estudiante en el nivel elevado para el  9º grado, por favor envíe un correo electrónico a elevated@ltusd.org. Si desea que su estudiante vaya a STHS, comuníquese con la escuela secundaria. Si está planeando que su estudiante regrese a una de las escuelas tradicionales de LTUSD para el año escolar 2021-22, envíenos un correo electrónico a elevated@ltusd.org y comuníquese con la escuela hogar de su estudiante para volver a inscribirse.

Día de Tierra /  Semana de Tierra
¡La Semana de la Tierra ya está aquí! Los estudiantes de la escuela intermedia participaron hoy en su primer día de la Semana de la Tierra y, en general, ¡fue todo un éxito! Los estudiantes de la escuela intermedia continuarán trabajando en sus Equipos de la Semana de la Tierra esta semana. Estamos ansiosos por ver a nuestros estudiantes de secundaria en persona el jueves y viernes de esta semana. Los estudiantes de K-2 y los estudiantes de 4 ° / 5 ° también tendrán reuniones de la Semana de la Tierra, así que asegúrese de consultar la página de Reuniones en el sitio web de Elevated.

Enjoy Spring Break next week! All LTUSD schools will be closed April 12th through the 16th. School will resume on Monday, April 19th. 

We have many exciting activities coming up. Please check the website  Meet-Ups/Events page for updates.

¡Disfrute de las vacaciones de primavera de la próxima semana! Todas las escuelas de LTUSD estarán cerradas del 12 al 16 de abril. La escuela se reanudará el lunes 19 de abril.

Meet-ups and Events
If you’ve gone to the school website this week, you may have noticed that we have a new page for Meet-ups and Events! There’s a button on the home page as well as the link on the top. This is where we will post all upcoming meetups and events! Kindergarten and First grade had two successful social meetups this week. It was great to see the students playing together and getting to know each other in person. Thank you parents for bringing your student! 
Community Vision Workshop
​Join us on April 6th for the Community Vision Workshop to help plan the future of Lake Tahoe Unified! Please see the flyer HERE for more information. 
Earth Day/Earth Week 
Our teachers are hard at work planning some fun events in celebration of Earth Day which is April 22nd. Be on the lookout for information of how your student’s classes will celebrate!

Reuniones y Eventos
