Elevated Suggested Supply List 2021-22

Kindergarten/1st Grade
  • Safety Scissors
  • 64 Count Crayola Crayons
  • Glue Stick

2nd/3rd Grade
  • Pencils
  • Erasers
  • Pencil sharpener
  • Crayons, markers, OR colored pencils
  • Scissors
  • Glue stick
  • Dry erase marker
  • Computer mouse (recommended - not required but I find students sometimes have difficulty with the trackpad on computers and do better with a traditional mouse)
  • Headphones (optional - these are beneficial for some students if they have siblings or an environment where they will need help focusing)

4th/5th Grade
  • School issued Chromebook  (recommend a home printer)
  • Headphones with microphone to reduce background noise
  • 1.5” - 2” three ring binder (AVID organization tool)
  • Subject dividers (6 - 8 sections) for binder (AVID organization tool)
  • Loose leaf lined paper for note taking (AVID organization tool)
  • 1 Composition book for daily writing responses
  • 3 ring Zipper pouch to hold the following: (AVID organization tool)
  • Sharpened pencils ready to use
  • Colored pencils, markers, sharpies
  • Pad of sticky notes
  • Crayons
  • Scissors and glue sticks
  • Assorted colored paper for art
  • Letter envelopes and stamps for writing pen pals (Yes...snail mail!)
  • Silent reading book from favorite genre or author.

6th Grade
Materials handed out and/or on the syllabus sent out by the teacher.

7th-9th Grade
  • Chromebook and Charger (these will be distributed on Thursday 9/16)
  • Pens and Pencils
  • Highlighters (3 different colors)
  • Three ring binder (any size but 1 or 2” best)
  • Dividers (one for each subject)
  • Binder paper
  • Ruler with cm AND inches
  • Silent reading book (hard copy or e-reader like Learning Ally)
  • Dry erase markers
  • Mathematical Compass
  • Protractor​

Parents

You can view your child’s progress in Canvas using the Canvas mobile app. The following instructions will help you download the mobile app from your Android or iOS device, create your account, and login to begin viewing assignments and grades. 



Step 1: Download the Canvas Parent App

*You will use ltusd.instructure.com as the url once prompted 
*You will be asked for a student pairing code. 
This code can be created from the student’s Canvas account following these instructions.
