What does a day in Elevated Digital Learning Academy look like? Students in Elevated Digital Learning Academy can expect a 6-hour day, structured with about 3 hours of live instruction per day as well as direct contact and support. Is there be an enrollment cap? What are digital classroom ratios? Capacity for all schools is determined by enrollment. Staffing decisions are being made with the goal that digital classrooms are slightly larger than their in-person comparisons
Are teachers subject-based, or will students always be with same teacher? Students in grades 1-6 have two teachers. Ms. Smalley teaches math and science and Mrs. Rice teaches reading/language arts and social studies. Students in grades 9-12 receive instruction from content specialists.
How does Elevated Digital Learning Academy deliver Special Education services? There is a resource teacher on staff who will facilitate IEP meetings and provide services.
