Meet-ups and Events
If you’ve gone to the school website this week, you may have noticed that we have a new page for Meet-ups and Events! There’s a button on the home page as well as the link on the top. This is where we will post all upcoming meetups and events! Kindergarten and First grade had two successful social meetups this week. It was great to see the students playing together and getting to know each other in person. Thank you parents for bringing your student! 
Community Vision Workshop
​Join us on April 6th for the Community Vision Workshop to help plan the future of Lake Tahoe Unified! Please see the flyer HERE for more information. 
Earth Day/Earth Week 
Our teachers are hard at work planning some fun events in celebration of Earth Day which is April 22nd. Be on the lookout for information of how your student’s classes will celebrate! 
Elevated Outdoors-Middle School Grades    
We have four days upcoming in which we will be getting students together for science focused activities. These dates are optional and we’ll be asking families later this week which they can attend. The dates are as follows: April 28th, April 29th, May 3rd and May 4th.
Elevated is EXPANDING
We are excited to announce that Elevated is expanding to 9th grade for the 2021-22 school year! If you are interested in enrolling your student in Elevated for 9th grade, please email elevated@ltusd.org. If you’d like your student to go to STHS please reach out to the high school.

Reuniones y Eventos
Si ha ido al sitio web de la escuela esta semana, puede que haya notado que tenemos una nueva página para reuniones y eventos. Hay un botón en la página de inicio, así como el enlace en la parte superior. Aquí es donde publicaremos todos los próximas reuniones y eventos! Kindergarten y primer grado tuvieron dos reuniones sociales exitosas esta semana. Fue genial ver a los estudiantes jugando juntos y conocerse unos a otros en persona. ¡Gracias padres por traer a su estudiante!
Taller de Visión Comunitaria (para el futuro de LTUSD)
¡Únase a nosotros el 6 de abril en el Taller de Visión comunitaria para ayudar a planificar el futuro del Distrito Escolar Unificado de Lake Tahoe (LTUSD)! Por favor vea el folleto AQUÍ para más información.
Día de Tierra /  Semana de Tierra
Nuestras maestras están trabajando duro planeando algunos eventos divertidos en celebración del Día de la Tierra que es el 22 de abril. ¡Esté atento a la información de cómo celebrarán las clases de su estudiante!

Actividades al aire libre - Grados de escuela Intermedia
Tenemos cuatro días, en los que reuniremos a los estudiantes para actividades centradas en la ciencia. Estas fechas son opcionales y esta semana preguntaremos a las familias a qué pueden asistir. Las fechas son las siguientes: 28 de abril, 29 de abril, 3 de mayo y 4 de mayo. 

Elevado se está expandiendo
Estamos emocionados de anunciar que Elevated se está expandiendo a 9th grados para el año escolar 2021-22! Si usted está interesado en inscribir a su estudiante en el nivel elevado para el g a 9º grado, por favor envíe un correo electrónico a elevated@ltusd.org. Si desea que su estudiante vaya a STHS, por favor, comuníquese a la escuela secundaria (STHS).
